I’m Cynthia Hill— and as you’ve probably guessed, teaching creative entrepreneurs how to grow their art business (in a stress-free and empowering way) is my obsession and happy place.

Creative clients seek me out when they need to start or revamp an art business or community based art project with insight born from my experiences, including board meetings and blisters, large community projects and lots of paint stains.

Together, we create new strategies that feel natural, achievable and motivating. Strategies that lead to confidence, solid goals and business practices, and successful projects—with happy patrons. 

I have a 20+ year background serving the arts sector as a consultant, college instructor, nonprofit arts administrator, curator and arts business owner. I’ve worked with Ivy league institutions, artists of all disciplines, small nonprofits, municipalities and everything in between. I have a unique perspective on what it takes to build sustainable business practices,  without jeopardizing enthusiasm for your creative work and unique services.

I’m not a newbie creative mentor who just popped up yesterday. I have been exclusively employed in the arts – successfully running my own business, teaching and nonprofit work – for over two decades. I’ve been around the block, many times.
